Hi,
This evening I received a message from VM to say that my broadband speed is being upgraded at no extra cost to me, all I had to do was to reboot my hub. This I did. I now find that my broadband speed is actually less than it was before. Can anyone explain why?
Original speed 165.3mbps/20.4mbps
Now after supposed upgrade 81.2mbps/17.9mbps

Have you tried unplugging it at the wall, waiting 30 seconds and trying again? That's how I got mine improved.

I switched it off at the wall but didn't unplug it.
