Internet quality drop

Hi first time posting, I've been having a strange issue where almost like clockwork my internet speeds drop by a large amount from 5pm to 1am. I do understand that peak times are a thing but my upload which is what is most concerning, as I got this package to be able to stream (as it said in the package description it would be good for) drop to 0.02mbps. Given that i usually work till 5 you can tell how annoying this is, and it really only started doing it to my knowledge after I upgraded from the vivid 100 package.

Is this happening just on wifi connected devices or also on ethernet cable connected ones ?

happening on all devices, even my wired desktop which is the one im most concerned about
