I am experiencing very slow internet, have been for about a week, I have followed all steps online, rebooted the router, reset to factory settings but still not fixed. I have ran various test speeds on your approved app and the most recent one downloads speed of 3.45 and upload of 0.15. I am on M100 Fiber so there is some sort of issue as this is a terrible speed, I am having to use all my data on my phone as it’s faster than when connected to wifi.
I can’t get through to anyone to try to resolve the issue. Can you please advise?
