We recently upgraded our package to the 350 on the basis it would protect our bandwidth at peak times.
since then we have seen a significant reduction in speeds and stability of connection including large outages over the weekend and today.
According to the service status there are no known issues but were certainly having some.
anyone know anything?

I've run a health check and there are no immediate issues flagging up, and no previous ones that I can see. It all looks fine from our side, while I appreciate that may not be the case from yours.
Can you confirm a few things for me-
Are you getting the slow speeds on both a wired and wireless connection?
Have you performed a pin hole reset of the hub?
