For the past few months between midnight and about 12.15 am my internet connection slows and drops and I am unable to stream videos and all other sites are unavailable (take ages to load, if at all). This occurs on all my devices and I am without internet access for several hours. It happens at exactly the same time every night. I go through the process of restarting my modem, restarting devices, troubleshooting devices etc. Nothing fixes this. I have very little technical knowledge other than the basics I have tried. If anyone has any other suggestions I would be most grateful as I need internet access during the night for work and study so this is very frustrating.

You didnt say, what model of Hub do you have? And, does the connection slow and drop on a device connect to the Hub by ethernet cable, or is it just on wifi? You should also set up a BQM to monitor your connection daily. see....
