I have been tempting to leave Virgin for the past few days now due to this quite frankly APPAULING internet. 0.17MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED? HOW THE IS THAT ACCEPTABLE? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WORK WITH 0.17MBPS DOWNLOAD SPEED, AND 0.013 UPLOAD SPEED?

Hi @ihatethisintern, sincere apologies you're having speed problems at the moment.
I've ran some checks on your network and there doesn't appear to be any issues causing this, and the power levels to your Hub are also within the correct specs too.
Can you please advise when you run the speed tests, what device you're using please and is this a wired or a wifi connection?
