Intermittent slow internet, not loading some sites, T3 errors in network log Hub 3

Hi all

I have extremely slow internet since about a week or so and it is starting to affect my work so it needs to be resolved. First I thought it was the DNS server so I changed those, but that did not solve the issue.

Then I came across a post here which talks about the network log, and discussses some errors in it. Now I have a lot of T3 errors in my network log. What should I do to fix this? Do I need to call Virgin Media Ireland (I'm in Republic of Ireland) to get a new hub? What is going on?

Here is an excerpt from my log. So we see T3 errors sometimes multiple times a day.

Could it be anythign else more obvious?

I tried to put an ethernet cable in my pc, it doesnt fix the issue, so not it is not a WiFi related issue. Slow both on ethernet and wifi.

Yes.. this is a UK users forum.

Call the Ireland help desk and see if there are any known faults in your area.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Is there an ireland forum?

I called helpdesk they reset the channels or somethings but it did not resolve anything whatsoever.

No current faults in my area either.

I don't think so, just the VM IE Helpdesk.  Your problems are most likely down to a poor circuit, and really a technician should be sent to fix it.

I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more
