Hi in the last week or so I keep losing my internet connection at least 5-6 times a day and have to reset my router . The message I receive states connected to wireless network but not the internet , check your DNS settings or contact your internet provider . Any idea why this keeps happening ?

What DNS server are you using in the wifi settings? Try changing it to 1.1.1.1 0r 8.8.8.8. and see if that sorts it

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Someone else needs to comment on where exactly it is in your Hub settings. I am in modem mode and its in my own Airport Extreme router's wifi settings...

So I’m not using my hub in modem mode , but using as a router ..
