Hi. I am a new customer on 350mb. The connection worked well for the first month but the connection is now dropping intermittently, especially in the evenings. I am getting 350mb throughput from my wifi router. Grateful if someone could take a look at my logs and let me know if there is anything unusual.

Thank you for replying to my post. I didn't check my wired connection as I was getting such high throughput from the wifi router (a TPLINK - my VM router is in modem mode) but will do so if the issue returns. However, I think the issue is upstream based on the below graph. Will see if it returns again tonight.
Welcome to our Community Forum and sorry to hear about your intermittent broadband connection. I've had a look at your network details and I can't see any issues or errors. However you are in modem mode so there's only so much I can see. I'm unsure whether you're still having problems since you last posted but if you are, please put the Hub back into router mode so we can take another look.
