Intermittent Broadband Service Issue and Speed dropping heavily

I have had speeds below expectations and contracted thresholds for the last few days. And even full service drop outs. Impacting everyday life & work. 

Any advise? I'm on m100 and get 5mb/s down. It is bad. I'm considering cancelling my contract & moving to an alternative supplier if the issues persist.

Sorry to see you are having speed issues.

Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.

If nothing is showing  you could also try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
