I'm living in N6. I think I'm on a 100Mbps line (seems a bit daft I know, but I have requested an upgrade to 350Mbps several times over the last few weeks - nothing appears to have happened, so I assume I'm still on 100).
During the day time I'm lucky if I get a download speed of 7-8Mbps and upload speeds are less than 0.5Mbps. Working at home over video is becoming nigh on impossible.
My computer is hooked directly into my router with an ethernet cable. Does anyone have any ideas how I can find out what the problem is, or whether it's possible to contact VM - they seem to have isolated themselves from their customers pretty effectively.
