I want out ! Poor service, poor customer service and a waste of money
Has anyone had any experiencing in leaving your contract early ?
I've had enough with the "service" I'm receiving. I'm meant to be getting speeds of up to 100MBPS but I'm lucky if I'm getting 10. I'd be happy with 50 to be honest. Constant disconnections that I have reported numerous times that just haven't been fixed. At peak times, I can't even stream a TV program from Netflix...it's just terrible !
So my question...I have some time left on my contract, but in my opinion, Virgin haven't provided the service promised to me. Do I have an out here or do I need to wait till my contract runs out ?
