I'm getting speeds 4-5 times slower, and extreme lag/packet loss in games

Hi All,

I've got the 350Mbps internet, I've been using it for over 2 years now, and the speeds have always been perfect.

2-3 days ago I saw an openreach person at the cabinet on the street, and since then I've been getting very poor performance. 40-90mbs speeds, and games are unplayable due to lag. My friends with BT aren't lagging for example.

I'm having a particular issue with the game Apex Legends. Can someone advise and is the below information enough?

Alright I did a factory reset and it's all resolved now. I tried turning it off and on many times, but a factory reset did the job!

Your reset may not of fixed things one of your downstream has low SnR and one upstream Modulation is not running on the high Modulation.

run a BQM if you have anyone problems

Unfortunately you're right, I'm having the exact same issues again.

I've set up a BQM thing, I assume I should keep it running for 24 hours or so before posting on here?
