Re: I have VM 100 but I only get 5Mps up?

Can you log into the Hub settings and look for something like the "Configuration file" page (depends what Hub you have?).
Look in 2 boxes - downstream & upstream "max data transfer rate" (or similar) this shows what the Hub is set to in bytes (not mb). So the Down one will have something like ~108000000 - what does the Up show. If its ~5000000 and not ~10000000 - then your upstream speed has not been upgraded to the 10mbps service. Try rebooting the Hub - see if it changes - if not you need to ask VM to update it for you.

You posted about that 2-3 months ago iirc?  Did it never get sorted then?  What have they said about your poor upload speeds?

Re: I have VM 100 but I only get 5Mps up?

Have you checked recently what they are saying about it now? Are there any known "utilisation"- "contention" - issues in your location that you know about ?

Also are there any other issues you have - or is it just upload speed?

No. You pay for “up to” speeds.

Money off/compo is only for complete loss of service and not thorough an outage.
