When I try to go onto that website on my laptop (on wired and wireless) it keeps giving me the try again error, or it will start then say something along the lines of "lost connection to router"... seems like .y router is done for...

 this is a picture of what I get when I load the website up when I go to it on my laptop. I finally managed to get it to load.

Hi Mcflappers

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the broadband. I can see from checking the system there were a lot of disconnections on Friday however everything has been fine since.

I hope therefore everything has been resolved for you. However, if not, please can you do the following;

Set up a 'Broadband Quality Monitor'. This will monitor the state of your connection and record any network dropouts etc - You can do this at https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
Give it a while to gather data and then click 'Share Live graph' and paste the 'Direct Link' into the forum 🙂
