Every evening around 8pm the hub reboots 5 or 6 times over 2 to 3 hours, it's our second hub in less than a year. Sometimes it will just drop connection and need manually rebooting.
Also have very slow connection. No reported faults showing and the hub test says everything is fine.

Your SNR is low. Phone them and get someone out.

Sorry for your recent connection problems. I've just taken a look and everything looks normal at the moment which isn't what I was expecting to find. Has anything changed since your last post?
