I can connect to it, but as I said, no internet whatsoever. When I connect to it from my computer it takes me to the troubleshooter which tells me:
1. Gateway IPv4 adress is not valid. 2. Your Broadband connection is down. 3. The temperature of your Hub 3.0 is normal. 4. The device has low signal strength. 5. Place your WiFi device near the hub. Loads of help that is.
Through calling Virgin, they can see nothing wrong with our system, so no help there and can't talk to anybody about it.
