Hub Frequent Restarts, not getting full speed

double_gee
Tuning in

My SuperHub 3 keeps restarting, can go days without doing it then can do it every 10-15 minutes for a min hour or more.

I also am paying for 600Mb and can’t get more than around 280Mb (wired). Getting to the point where I am considering trying to get out of my contract I’m so fed up with the poor service.

Your Upstream is too high, it's right on the limit.  Should be between 34 and 51.  A VM technician will need to sort this out.  You can ring VM now, or wait a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

Thanks I’ll call them - I did yesterday but they refused to book an engineer without going though their troubleshooting procedure, and insisted I needed to switch my hub back to router mode to do that. None of which was convenient at the time as I was working.

Hi @double_gee

Thanks for posting. My apologies for the broadband issues. The downstream are double the max they should be.

I'll send a PM as it needs a tech.
