How can I upgrade to a Hub5 as my broadband speed is not delivering any near 1000mbps

You cant - yet... its by invitation only.

You can however, put the Hub into modem mode and use your own wifi6 router with a 2.5GB ethernet port to maximise your speeds

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Hub5 was released on a trial basis, once their data is compiled from that trial, only then the hub5 will be rolled out to customers.

No way of getting it early as hub4 is rated for the VM 1gbps service.

Looking at 2023 for roll out/replacement

I tried several times to nab a hub5 but to no avail.

I'd love to give it a bash to see if its solved a few of the VM niggles the previous devices had.

Bonus is most of my devices are WiFi 6 already so that helps too.
