Hub 4 service problems

We have had big problems with our internet service since we switched to Hub 4; we thought it would be fixed once the fibre had been run to the house but we still get problems each week. This week we have had speeds of 100mbps rather than 1000 and the service drops out every 20 mins or so, meaning we can’t use the internet or watch tv without constantly restarting the box. The service in are area is showing ‘normal’ but it just isn’t!  We’ve timed out trying to call virgin for help. Any thoughts?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
