I have been getting poor download speeds (around 100mps) that includes on a wired connection and I have m600 fibre.
I have been looking up, and I am advised to do a virgin speed test or “up to speed”, so that a check will be done on my router to see what speeds I should be getting.
My issue is, I can’t find how to do this check anywhere???
I can do standard speed tests and tests using the my speed app, but need the virgin check.

Hello,
If you have the Hub 4 then go to https://samknows.com/realspeed/
Thanks

I have a hub 3 so that doesn’t appear to work. In virgins broadband speed pages, there seems to be an official virgin check. This is what I cannot find.

If you see 85-100 Mbps by ethernet cable, but get notably better speeds by wifi, then you should try changing the ethernet cable.
