Horrible Speed on MacBook

The internet Speed on my Mac PC is 30mps

The internet speed on my Windows PC is 460mps

The internet speed on my Phone is 430mps? 

I have tried to use another internet connection on the Mac PC to verify, it worked very well with maximum speed!!!

 

Please why am I having very poor speed on the MacPc

When connected how ?  ( via  2.4Mhz WiFi 30 - 50 Mb/s would be normal )

What model and year is the Mac... and what OS is it running?

What Hub are you using and are the two frequencies on separate SSID' or still combined?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 1 WiFi, 1 on PA) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On 250Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
