Horrendous and continuous slow internet speeds

Hi, I was advised via twitter to come here. Shocking service to date. My internet is an absolute shambles. I was advised boosters would be sent out 6 months ago and nothing still. My internet is intermittent and cannot handle 2 people on the WiFi at the same time.

Thanks for popping on here 

Ideally we would ask you to try a wired speed test first of all 

Wifi will never give a true speed when tested 

Once you have done the test can you post results on here
