Hi - I used to have residential broadband for about 10 years, Never had any issues really so my line in to my house you would think would be ok. Anyway I switched to business broadband because we run a business from home so it made sense. So the only thing that changed was the Hitron router. Had loads of hassle with it dropping out it wouldn't configure properly. Engineer came round after about two hours of messing about with my line (which had worked fine for 10+ years) decided that the router was faulty. Now its about 2-3 weeks later and guess what it drops out at least once a day now, I have to turn it off and back on again to get it working. It actually works great when it works but I am totally sick of it dropping out. I wish I never changed from residential to business because it just worked this router doesn't do the job properly as it should. Please help me anyone someone.

you really need to talk to the buisiness people - i guess you could post the levels here if you can get them from the hub - no idea how to do that but i assume similar to all other hubs - posting a BQM may help - usual question do wired devices drop or just wifi
