High ping issues

Please see attached my ping results from an external website. 

I've tried all fixes such as removing number of devices connected, following the online virgin media fix, etc etc 

The ping above is for just one laptop connected to the internet. Admittedly, when doing speed tests this tops 100+mps so isn't an issue, but the constant instability loses connections for video calls, gaming etc etc

This has been am issue for the past week. 

Any help and advice is appreciated

Create a BQM and post the live link.

Could you access your router using http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.100.1 for modem mode. Log in, select the 'Advanced settings / Tools / Network status' option and paste your 'Downstream', 'Upstream', and 'Network Log' tabs? Please copy/paste this data as text, split between multiple posts (Sometimes you have to click 'Post' twice due to an error message).

HUB stats are 'OK'. Power levels not very consistent, but in spec.

Please make sure you create the BQM as it could be congestion.

You personally can't improve them. There could be an issue with the line.

Again if the line is bad it could explain the power levels.

I asked for a BQM in my original post:

"Create a BQM and post the live link."

The BQM will show line quality and if you are in a congested area.

Some say the power variation between channels could point to an issue. Not sure myself.
