High ping and packet loss

The past couple of weeks i have been having several hour periods where my internet will start spiking and becomes almost unusable whilst playing online games, due to ping and packet loss, and browsing the internet slows to a crawl too.

Heres yesterdays BQM:

Did a pinhole reset last night around 10:30pm and this is the graph for the next day. Looks kinda typical, didnt seem to change anything.

I have located your account and taken a further look on our side.

From looking at your levels it looks as though a technician is required for this. 

What I will do is private message you so we can get one booked in.
