Hi,
Had a repull in January as hub 3 kept disconnecting and this improved my connection considerably but it's starting to go rapidly downhill again.
Particularly in the evening the latency spikes on the broadband quality monitor is awful. I'm suddenly getting more T3 time outs and channels 1 and 2 on downstream are showing silly amounts of pre and post errors.
17007535 pre rs errors and 2824317 post rs errors on channel one downstream
294397 pre rs errors and 18636 post rs errors on channel two downstream
Both are showing rxmer (dB) of 36.6
WiFi drop outs are awful and remarkably inconsistent. I can lose WiFi on my phone when sitting next to the router but a laptop upstairs is working absolutely fine...
Virgins help thing says to keep rebooting the router but at 10-15 minutes a time it's not ideal!
Any advice please?

Hi,
Visit went really well. Lovely engineer and he has replaced a few connectors in the cabling and now I'm not getting millions (literally) of errors
Very impressed so far
