High latency/patchy/stuttering connection

Hello,

Can anyone tell me how I can improve the latency of my broadband please? My connection randomly drops and stutters and it's stopping me from being able to work from home, because I need consistent video chat... I've rebooted the hub and also turned off the WiFi so I can use a mesh network to help reach black spots but it still stutters and drops...

Go wire to the hub.

I have for the mesh discs and it still happens, so it's a downstream issue.
