High latency issue when remote other PC

I am using 1G broadband and it is function well to use internet. I try to remote my PC in Hong Kong but the latency make me can’t function well. Are there any other need to provide for identify the problem?

When we look at these questions and start by saying the local internet is good, we instantly know the issues lie further a field.

If a  VPN used, the capability or permitted bandwidth via remote exit point can be quite limiting.

With Hong Kong since mid 2020, The Great Firewall of China becomes an unknown factor in the equation too.
