Another area 15 (NW1 near the Garden Centre) customer who has been seeing download speeds of 0.3MBPS every evening for the past few nights. Works beautifully (100MBPS) in the mornings so not an equipment problem.

You're welcome. Just as a note, you do not need to do a screenshot. There is a "share snapshot graph" button and then click generate. Copy one of the links it provides (this will also hide your IP from everyone).
