Not quite, yesterday night was better but not "good", overall DL speed was fine but the high latencies that happen sometimes hurt gaming quite a lot, and it happened quite too often....... Anyway, seems like this morning is starting to go to crap again.
I had a perfectly fine night. Sadly, I second that crappy morning feeling. Just got home from work and checked the BQM to find the exact same problem. I had to cancel my Monday appointment as I will now be working.
Just got off the phone with a 1st line support obviously, there's nothing they can do. The best thing is to have more people calling in from the area, they wouldn't even connect me to an engineer or technical team. Told me they themselves couldn't even reach them as they weren't available for some reason and literally concluded, there's NOTHING I can do except to wait... This is an absolute joke
Still horrible here in NW6, I have called them too without any success (somehow they still don't see any problem on their side and saying all the signals are healthy although my internet is absolutely impracticable) but we must keep trying, I encourage all of you to please do so on regular basis. I know it's a pain but it will unlock the situation eventually if enough of us complain.
