Far too many T3 errors and PostRS errors, suggesting noise ingress on the line.    Reboot the Hub and check the PostRS errors and if they rise quickly, there is a problem.  VM will need to send a technician to sort this out.

I would suggest you also setup a BQM here www.thinkbroadband.com/ping   This will record the status of the incoming circuit.

I have just set up the BQM

I will leave it for a few hours

Rebooted Hub and left that monitor running for quite some time now, can anyone tell me if i need to be getting an engineer please?

Please advice on if i need an engineer

pre and post rs errors are a mess - you can check all coax connections are tight but - yes - i would guess you need a tech to sort that out - wait for VM to get to the thread they will book someone
