I upgraded to M200 yesterday and  am already getting over 200 m down but only 12mb up as I was with my 152m before

The receipt I was emailed states 20 mb upstream and it also states that Here

Called VM this morning spoke to 1st person he said the UL speed should have increased when upgrade was done and transferred me to techies

2nd call person said they don’t support UL speeds  I advised my router was still showing

Max Traffic Rate

12700000

which meant I can never get  more than12 mb however he repeated constantly they don't support upload speeds and IMO was very rude and dismissive

3rd call person helpful but could not sort it for me said they would arrange callback within 1 hr - no one has called

4th call Ditto 2nd person

I'm hoping a Mod can help I've spent over 2 hours getting nowhere today

As per thread  HERE router stats should show Max Traffic Rate: 22000061

Noted that some people are now on 20mbps upload speeds on the 200 package.
I have that package but still on 12up. I have an SH2 though. I wonder if the increased up speed in only applied if you have a Hub3 ? Is yours a Hub3?

Confirmed in Area 26

I had been out, left PC in sleep mode, when I came back Hub3 was flashing and beeping (maybe it was the PC beeping)

So I switched off Hub3 for 30 secs and rebooted

I'm on the M200 package.  Just now checking speedtest.net 

Yep it has gone up to 20Mb/s on uploads 😃 It was 12Mb/s when last checked.

PS I discovered later that there had been a power cut during the time I was out and had nothing to do with the speed update 😃

People are reporting that after a reboot this morning they now have it so give it another go.

Maybe you already have, but did you sign in to https://my.virginmedia.com/home/index  and then check service and run the Broadband test

if it determines your Hub config is wrong it will then update to the new config.  Other than that it might not have rolled out in your area as yet

It might take a few days more

Rebooted Hub 3 today and as  if by magic 20M Thanks VM
