Half Speed and High Utilisation

Hi

Im consistently getting only ~100mbps of my 200 package and appear to have high utilisation in my area.

Could anyone kindly check for any open issues and book me a ticket if not please?

Its been a bit better, not perfect, but not as bad as it has been compared to the previous graphs.

Just that 4-10pm high utilisation that's always been there and the packet loss is less but more frequent. 

I haven't had the opportunity to reset the SH yet, hopefully ill get this done at the weekend and be able to check the logs.

I have checked our systems and area and can't see any issues that might be causing this. You might notice there to be more traffic between peak times at you've suggested 4pm-10pm. 

Please let us know your Hub log details once you have reset the router and we'll investigate this further.
