Gig1 still 600mb

Upgraded to gig1 and just installed super hub 4 ,all working ok but router config still shows the 600mb connection.Who do i need to contact to get the config changed ?

Same 😔, have been trying to sort it for over 3 weeks now.

I've raised an official complaint but I'm not holding out much hope.

Hope you get it sorted, seems a pretty common issue.

Apparently mine hasnt been changed as the name on my virgin contract is different to the name on my o2 sim account?why that should make any difference as its two seperate accounts .So i need to change one and then speak to CS

Just phoned CS and they said my router shows as being offline ,im sitting in front of it and its on.I can see this turning into a massive ball ache.

Thanks to "Molly T" who helped me out via twitter yesterday morning ,i now have a gig1 config on my super hub 4 😀
