Gig1 speed only 600mb max

I've had Gig1 installed yesterday & since then my download is 600mb at a push on WiFi & wired in modem mode, when before on 600mb ultimate oomph package I got 650mb on both WiFi & wired in modem mode using my Asus ax11000 router. I have cat7 ethernet cables running from hub4 to the Asus router & still the maximum speed I'm getting is 600mb download & 51mb upload? Can anyone help?

ok you are on 1gig but theres more to it than that - does the area have 1 gig

post the other pages from the router

log into hub3/4 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

 Thats all I have. Any ideas? Surely I wifi 6 router with 2. 5gb ethernet port can get full 1gig speed from hub 4 in modem mode?

Cant read the mini print... do you have an active Docsis 3.1 channel?

Yes it says 1 docsis 3.1 channel & 31 docsis 3.0 channels.

hard to read but from what i can see levels look ok

try a full reset see if that helps and try a sped test with a wired pc direct to the hub with the hub in modem mode

done a speed test 634mb download 52mb upload and thats with a cat 7 ethernet on an msi gaming laptop with wifi 6 and 10gb port. still same speeds i had before i upgraded  only the upload has increased.

Just checking... the router is wifi6 - but are the devices you are testing on also wifi6 capable. For example, my wife's iPhone 11 is wifi6 but my iPhoneX (and earlier models) arent.
