so, more like what you're expecting.. the max you should be expecting is ~30 - 35mb more than that..

Good morning @N4zer0
Welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.
I am sorry to hear that you have had an issues with your services.
How are things looking since your post? Have you managed to up load the router stats?
Kind regards,

do you have QoS enabled on your netgear?
have you tested what speeds you get when the hub is in router mode?

Hi
no QoS is disabled , I’ve just put modem back into router mode and I am getting 15mb more
thanks

What speeds are you getting on RealSpeed - SamKnows
This will give you speed to hub as well as speed to device. Its always best running this test hardwired to hub using CAT 6 or above

in router mode, what do you get when you run the samknows speed test? (or is it the samknows one that you're running above?)
on 07-06-2021 22:52
I use cat 8 and I have just ran the test using Sam knows and I am getting
805 to hub 846 to computer

so, speedtest.net can't serve you the data quick enough.. VM (I believe) have retired all of their speedtest.net servers, so you're reliant on networks other than VMs as part of the connection..
samknows speeds are still under what you should be getting by ~150mb (you're limited to about 950mb as the hub only has gig ethernet ports).
odd that you're getting a faster speed to the device than you are to the hub itself.. can't explain that..
try modem mode again, but use samknows as your speed test server, see what you get..
on 07-06-2021 23:20
When in modem mode and try running samknows I get no router found
on 07-06-2021 23:25
no, but you should still be able to do a regular speed test there..
