Gig 1 fiber not activating

Hi I recently upgraded from M350 to Gig 1 fiber broadband and every time I do an interment speed test I seem to be hitting the speed of the M350. I am not even close to the minimum speed of Gig 1 fiber. I have included my router status page in case somebody can tell me something from that.

Your config is correct for 1GB.   Primary Downstream Service Flow is the one you need to check and it is set for 1GB.

As @BenMcr  states what does SamKnows report as speed to the Hub.?

Also speed test should be done wired directly to the Hub with a known good Cat 6 cable.

Something needs looking at based on that test.

Hello HZR_Kairos

Thanks for your post

How are thigs looking now

I have been able to run a Sam knows speed test from here and the speed to the hub is just over 1GB

Everything is fine now, when I called virgin media he told to hold down the reset button; it rebooted and and now works fine.I’m not sure how to close the request

Hi HZR_Kairos

Can you please explain the Request

Sorry to ask, bit unsure what it is you are referring to
