I am no Hub4 expert - but if its similar to the Hub3 I would say that the Upstream power levels are all too low and one has dropped qam to 32 - so it is struggling and will require a tech visit to rectify

Could try a pinhole reset to see if they get back into range
_________________________________________________

Do a Hub “pinhole reset” - make sure the 2 passwords on the Hub sticker are still there and legible first ! Disconnect any ethernet cables from the Hub (leave the coax connected), and then with the Hub still "switched on" throughout, press pin in firmly with paper clip/SIM tray tool or similar "thin thing" and hold it firmly for at least 60 seconds, release the pin, leave for 5’ to stabilise - dont manually switch it off at any time. Passwords will reset to those on the sticker. See if that sorts it.

my graph seems a complete mess as well

Well that isn't looking so hot.

You could try a pinhole reset to see if the hub locks onto different channels, but it looks more like a fault in the area.

A reset would also reset all the stats as well, then you can copy and paste the data again here as you only showed

DOCSIS 3.0 channels
16

You should have 31 x 3.0 channels.

The 3.0 Upstream power is a tad low, range is usually 34 to 51
