Getting shockingly poor speed during the evening (yet after midnight it flies)

for the last couple of weeks my download speed has been abysmal. usually i get the full 350Mbit/s when testing on a wired connection. now i get a consistent 4mbit/s tops.

this is on a wired connection into the router - but i get the same issues on other devices too that use wireless 5g (testing next to the router - ie at good times > 350mbits bad times = 4mbit/s)

i'm using the home hub 3.0.

You need to post up the Upstream data sets too.
Also you have loads of RS errors - theses are likely historical build up - can you reboot the Hub, check they have reset to 0 and then monitor them over the next few hours/days to see if they reappear and start building up too quickly.

You have a lot of failed connections followed by partly successful reconnections. If your cable connections are tight and a hub reboot doesn't solve the problem you need a technician to come round (if there isn't an area fault).
