Free speed upgrade

Hello, I am new to this, can someone please help me. I have recently upgraded to 100mbps free upgrade via my Virgin account but I am still getting my old speed of 50mbps. It is showing on my accout everything is completed.

I have even rebooted the router twice, turned it on and off still not working. Can someone manually change the setting as I still not think my router is locked to old speed.

If you login to https://my.virginmedia.com and run the broadband test, it should download the new speed config automatically.

I received an e-mail 7/11/17 confirming my order for the free speed upgrade but am still getting the 'old' up to 50 mbps speeds. This is despite recently switching from the old Super Hub to the 3.0 Hub. I looked on Virgin Media's website and ran the speedtest.net check which confirmed that I have still not been upgraded. Can anyone suggest what I should do to get the upgrade?
