I thought by joining virgin after being loyal to both BT and SKY for amny years, now i get speeds as low aa 18 and constant messages sayimg your intermet connection is slow.or its dropping, what happened to the potential 200, and we are paying dor everything they have to offer SO DISAPPOINTED
Apologies for your poor speeds though I would like to echo what Griffin has asked. I have tested your connection and can find no congestion, no network errors or anything else that would be likely to cause reduced speeds.
To achieve speeds of 100mb and above your wired devices need a gigabit network card and Cat5e or Cat6 Ethernet cable. For wireless you need AC or N standard, multi-stream WLAN card.
