Hi there,
I am back here yet again, as the internet speed has become to a crawl. It is unusable. I am now considering other providers.
Meanwhile, can someone actually diagnose and/or send a technician to fix this issue? As there seems to be no opportunity to speak to a human being through a chat or over the phone.

Thank you for your posts. I am very sorry to hear you appear to be having some connection speed issues lately.
Would you mind clarifying what speeds you're currently getting whilst on a wired connection? You can perform a speed test here. Once it runs, wait for it to complete and then take and share a screenshot of the results with us.
I'd also recommend setting up and sharing with us a live BQM as that'll give us a view on your connection status in real-time.
