Just a heads up Wigan is now 1gb ready so I thought I would ring for an upgrade, I pay £72.99 for ultimate oomph they quoted me £111 and £35 activation ,I nearly fell over I thought a tenner max I never thought upgrading would be so expensive

Just leave it.
Now they now you're interested they'll probably ring back tomorrow with a better offer. The activation fee is certainly negotiable.
