Erratic Download and Upload

Hi

Recently have been getting some erratic download and upload speeds.

On the Upstream channels seems that 3 out of the 4 are at 32 QAM instead of the 64.

Have done a few power cycles but always end up with the same results, BQM looks a mess at times.

Here are the stats

Yes, your BQM is terrible, but the stats look okay apart from the QAM32.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small faults are not reported on the main VM Status page.

Best phone this in or wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.

Just an update, things gradually improved as today all upload QAM are back to 64 and my broadband monitor is looking good.

Would be good to know if there was an issue in my area as nothing was reported via the phone line service checker.

Will keep an eye on things

cheers
