Last 2 days Internet has slowed right down to 10 MB/s. Normally of an evening I am well over the 100MB/s. I tried calling support but they just said it was high utilisation which is rubbish.
Is there anything going on in the area?
I dont want the same as last time where It took 1 year to fix. They kept saying it was utilisation but the engineer eventually came out and found a fault.
Here's hoping for a speedy recovery

What part of area 11 are you in? I am are 11 of Edinburgh too but my internet speeds appear to be ok.

I have taken a look and it seems you are affected by fault ref F005425313 for slow speeds at peak times, the current review date is 04 MAY 2018.
Are you also having trouble outside of peak hours?
If so is this on a wired/wireless connection or both?
