I’m seeing packet loss in the region of 9%, which means I’ve had to experience first hand just how utterly useless Virgin Media telephone support is.
First guy says there’s no issues, puts me though to someone else. Second guy says there is an issue and there’s nothing they, the people who sell me the service, can do, just wait longer. Phoned again today after issue had been occurring for over four days. “I’ve sent you an email about wireless”. Wireless. WIRELESS. After telling him the issue occurs connected directly to the ‘SuperHub’. He suggests turning off the router for 10 minutes...
So now I’m stuffed. I’ve got an internet connection that doesn’t work properly and absolutely nothing I can do to solve it except wait with fingers crossed that it gets solved, or post a message on here that takes weeks to receive a reply.
For anyone here considering Virgin Media over Openreach FTTC, you’ve got to ask yourself is very occasionally getting 350Mbps worth it? I’m starting to think a reliable and stable 40Mbps was the better option.

It's been quite a while since your most recent post (sorry about that) and I was wondering if this is still an issue for you? Current tests don't highlight any obvious issues but I'll happily test from the CMTS if this is unresolved.
