Dropouts Resulting in Intermittent Service in SM2 Area

For the last few days, I've been getting dropouts resulting in slow and intermittent service as per libe graph:-

Virgin status site indicates "problem in my area" but no further information or update on this issue.

Any advice welcome.

Sadly, I have to report a return to intermittent dropouts and short outages over the last couple of days. Am hoping for an early fix.

Still getting intermittent dropouts as per graph:-  🙁

It seems like another area fault was raised with an estimated fix time of 4PM today.

Really sorry about this, once the fault is cleared let us know how your service is.
