Hi Guys,

If I run a speed test it shows 250mbs but when I download from steam, battle.net, origins or any other platform my download speed doesn't go above 40mbs. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi @jwelsh_uk,

Welcome back to our community forums and sorry to hear you are having issues with your download speeds. We can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help.

I have been able to take a look at things backend and I can see that your downstream power levels are out of sync. In this case, I have sent you a private message to further look into this. Please lookout for the purple envelope and provide a response when you can.

Thanks,
