I pay a lot of money per month to get high download speeds but we are getting 5 when it should be mid 80-90s.. takes over 24 hours just to download a game which shouldn't be happening, it also jumps up and down with the highest of 20.. just signed a new 12 month contract as well. Maybe should have reconsideredFor example, should be 200mb I pay for and i get 3?
log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream
